How we do it...
We are a referral agency. We do all the leg work of finding quality nannies for our client families. We make sure nannies meet basic requirements such as CPR/First Aid, submitting to background checks, and verifying references, plus meeting specific requirements made by the family. We consider it a match if nannies and families agree on parenting style & values, compensation, and communication. our PCC formula helps us create successful matches that lead to great partnerships where nannies are considered to be like "extended family."
